Success in business and a reputation for excellence means they are growing their property management team, making way for an Assistant Property Manager to step up, or a current Property Manager to enjoy a better working environment.
As a Property Manager, your role will involve liaising with the tenant and landlord to ensure the smooth management of the property, routine inspections and managing your own portfolio of only around 100 properties:
- selecting tenants.
- collecting rent.
- routine inspections.
- arranging repairs.
- marketing the property.
- negotiating leases and rent reviews.
- advising on market rents.
- representing the property owner at Tribunal hearings.
This is a very rewarding position, ideally suited to a Property Manager or Assistant, wanting to take the next step in their career in property management.
To considered you must have the following:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Excellent work ethics.
- A minimum of 2 years’ property management experience.
- QLD Real Estate Certification.
- Motor vehicle.
- Accountability and responsibility to take ownership of your portfolio.
- Autonomous self drive.
- Flexible, and able to quickly adapt to new situations.
